Finally in Riga
We just arrived in Riga at 5pm Latvia time, or 7am AZ time. We're all pretty exhausted! Jaycee and the rest of the interns met up with all of us at the airport, it was nice to see some familiar faces! Goal is to stay awake until bedtime with dinner and bowling:)
We're in Amsterdam!
So we've made it to Amsterdam without any issues! All of our luggage got through customs, and security hasn't thrown a fit about our instruments so far (yay). Only one more flight that leaves at 6:50am (Arizona time) or 1:50pm our time and well be in riga! Ps. We're super jet lagged- we had to ask a random man in line what day it was. It's Tuesday in case you were wondering.

Before we leave...
So, we have 24 hours until we take off! Our plane takes off at 1pm tomorrow, but anyone who is willing to see us off is welcome to come pray with us at the church at 10am before we take off for the airport:)
Everyone is packing frantically getting ready to leave, so definitely be praying about team stress levels- we'll be tested to the max these next couple of days! Many of us are learning that our plans don't always match up with Gods intentions- its a good, humbling reminder of who is really in control of this trip! Unfortunately, we were sad to hear this morning that one of our team members, Justin Gauger, is not able to join us when we leave tomorrow due to a personal emergency regarding his dog. We're upset to see him go, but respect his decision about the next two weeks. This is definitely a bump in the road for us as a team but we pray that our faith won't be shaken by events that don't go according to plan!
Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers and well update you as we continue on this awesome adventure!
